I visited the Wow! Momo branch in JB Nagar and wanted to leave a huge shout-out for the female server on shift (I believe her name was Priyanka or Prerna). I ordered a burger that unfortunately came out way too hard to chew. When I brought it to her attention, she replaced my meal immediately and without any fuss at all! The replacement was much better. I really appreciated her excellent customer service and understanding attitude. Thank you!
